Delaware Beach Homes is an ongoing project aimed to provide visibility to an established real estate agent’s listings in southern Delaware through the use of social media. While browsing properties on the web I came across one real estate agent’s listing that struck me as unique and innovative. The property was listed on popular microblogging site Tumblr.com using a creative, but practical format. I thought it would be interesting to use Tumblr to create attractive property listings as well as post relevant information about the surrounding areas and communities. I currently monitor this account and actively post listings and other relevant links.
